Our Behavioral Health Department (BHD) offers a comprehensive array of high quality, culturally-sensitive mental health services that provide children and families with the services they need for success at home, in school, and in the community.

CSR believes that everyone deserves peace of mind. Mental health is the key to personal well‑being, family and interpersonal relationships, and contributing to society. The FIT Clinician provides intensive, community-based behavioral health services to children and youth (under 21) with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and their families. As part of a multidisciplinary team with Family Partners and Paraprofessionals, the Clinician delivers evidence-based treatment, crisis intervention, and family therapy aligned with the CBHI/FIT model. Care is family-driven, youth-guided, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed to promote stability, resilience, and improved well‑being.

Provide intensive family therapy, individual therapy, and caregiver sessions in homes and community settings.

Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve youth functioning and family dynamics; Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization to maintain youth/family safety in the community.

Coordinate care with Family Partners, Paraprofessionals, schools, medical providers, and community agencies.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, supervision, and required trainings to ensure fidelity to the FIT model.

Provide consultation/support to community partners regarding behavioral health needs.

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

2+ years’ clinical experience with children, youth, and families (home/community settings preferred).

Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills; Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.

Current CANS (or ability to obtain prior to start, per program policy).

Valid driver’s license, insured reliable vehicle, and ability to travel locally; ability to work some evenings/weekends and participate in on-call rotation.
