• 2-4 years of substantive experience handling a broad range of corporate and transactional matters , including public company work, registered equity offerings , SEC reporting , and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions .
• Soft Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Advise emerging growth and public companies in the life sciences and healthcare sectors on equity financings , IPOs , M&A , and corporate governance .
Provide counsel on SEC compliance , registered equity offerings , and other public company matters .
