Senior Attorney - Immediate HIRE

An established and sophisticated business Law firm in Miami is hiring a Mid-Senior Litigation Attorney with a proven track record of handling complex, high-stakes commercial matters. This includes business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, fiduciary duty claims, real estate litigation, banking and financial services litigation, and other high-stakes contentious business matters.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.
The ability to independently manage an active litigation caseload.
Courtroom experience including attending and arguing substantive motions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and handling significant depositions
Ability to handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
Experience litigating in State and Federal Courts.
Excellent legal writing, grammar, and verbal communication skills; strong analytical, strategic, and advocacy skills.
Strong academic and professional credentials
FL Bar license, in good standing
