Technical Sourcer 6 Months Contract to Hire
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."
Collaborate with recruiters to improve recruiting processes and recruiting efficiency.
Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via our client, Facebook, and alternative search techniques).
Desire to Work on a career in Talent Acquisition.
