Job Overview
A law firm seeks a senior associate or counsel to join its corporate and business law practice in Boston, MA. The role involves significant responsibility and offers hands‑on experience in a collaborative environment.
Duties
Represent entrepreneurs in lower middle‑market acquisitions.
Assist in search fund formation and structuring.
Manage debt financings and commercial lending.
Conduct capital raises and due diligence.
Review and negotiate contracts.
Advise on corporate governance.
Requirements
Minimum of seven years of relevant legal experience.
Ability to manage small to mid‑sized matters independently.
Experience with generative AI platforms preferred.
Education
J.D. degree from an ABA‑approved law school.
Certifications
Active member in good standing of the bar.
Skills
Superior analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to excel in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment.
