Description:
The facility is licensed for 815 beds.

The unit consists of 15 beds.
There are 4 RNs and 2 PCTs on the day shift, and 4 RNs on the night shift.
Patient ratios are 3-4 patients per RN.
Typical equipment used includes telemetry systems and various medical devices.
The electronic medical record system in use is Cerner.
The ideal candidate will be flexible and calm in high-pressure situations.
Charge experience is preferred.
All nursing staff may float to other medical-surgical areas if needed.
Scrub attire is navy blue.
Weekend shifts are required, with 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
