Head of Project Management

Position Summary: Responsible for all aspects of project management from beginning to end under general supervision. Supervisor provides limited direction.Position Responsibilities:Buildingrelationshipswithcustomers,manufacturers,andoutsidesalespeopleProblem solve while accurately utilizing, maintaining, and tracking project dataCommunicate regularly with inside/outside sales team to understand and remain up to date on the requirements of each projectPerform material take-offsSubmittal creationProduce add order quotationsNegotiate job buy-outMaintain knowledge of currently represented productsPerform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project closeoutOther duties as assigned by managerEssential Skills:(2) or more years of lighting project management requiredPossesses customer service experienceAbility and willingness to teach othersAbility to select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new thingsA team-first attitudeMust have excellent math skillsMust be proficient on Word, Blue Beam and OutlookAt least four years of Excel experience
