Manager, Employee Relations - UDXThe Manager, Employee Relations & Investigations - Universal Destinations & Experiences will thoroughly and expeditiously investigate Team Member concerns in a fair, unbiased, and consistent manner. The ideal candidate will need to have significant experience operating in a fast-paced and guest-facing environment and possess a strong investigative skill set working in Union and Non-Union organizations. Conducting in-depth interviews and investigations of highly sensitive and complex allegationsDeveloping and implementing standardized processes for conducting investigations and tracking employee relations claims and casesAnalyzing aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for proactive issue mitigationPartnering in analysis and revision of Team Member programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environmentProviding counseling, advice, and guidance to Management and HR business partners in dealing with complex or sensitive employee relations issuesQualifications:Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field requiredExtensive knowledge of applicable state and federal employment and labor laws and governmental compliance requirements5+ years of increasingly responsible Human Resources generalist experience, including experience with employee relations processes/activities3+ years of experience handling complicated employee investigations and collaborating with legal counsel to document and ensure timely resolutions with investigationsSolid communication and interpersonal skills.
