Head of Events Marketing

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. This role will be pivotal in building awareness, driving qualified leads, and strengthening Octopyd’s position as a leader in AI-powered recruitment.
Own the Marketing Strategy - Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans to drive awareness and lead generation.
Content & Campaigns - Create compelling content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social media, newsletters) to engage HR leaders, recruiters, and founders.
Brand Building - Strengthen Octopyd’s brand presence through thought leadership, PR, events, and partnerships.
Demand Generation - Plan and run digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing) to drive pipeline growth.
Product Marketing - Partner with product and sales teams to craft positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials that resonate with target audiences.
Analytics & Optimization - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; Event & Community Engagement - Coordinate webinars, conference participation, and community-building activities to amplify Octopyd’s reach.
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or AI-driven platforms .
Proven track record of building and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling narratives.
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo (or similar).
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Creative, data-driven, and customer-obsessed mindset.
