Sales Estimator (Full Time)

We are a growing foundation repair company specializing in foundation crack repair, waterproofing, structural repairs, and basement solutions. We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Estimator/Sales Representative who can inspect properties, educate homeowners, and provide accurate estimates that lead to successful sales.

Conduct in-home inspections of foundation cracks and water intrusion issues.
Diagnose foundation and structural concerns.
Build trust with customers through honest, professional consultations.
Close sales and achieve monthly revenue goals.
Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth job handoffs.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
Previous experience in construction sales, foundation repair, waterproofing, or home improvement sales preferred.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
