Head of Project Management

Florida Youth At Risk: Achieving Readiness is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth ages 12–25 through creative arts, mentorship, and workforce development . We provide safe, inspiring spaces for young people to dream, connect, and grow, helping them build skills, confidence, and opportunities for a brighter future.
We are seeking a passionate and organized Project Manager Volunteer to support the coordination of FYAR’s programs and community events, including our Career Days and Pop-Up Talent Showcases .
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, working with diverse teams, and managing multiple moving parts to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time.
Develop and manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables for FYAR programs and events.
Coordinate with various departments (marketing, outreach, volunteer management, and partnerships).
Track progress using project management tools (Monday.com and Google Drive
Support planning and logistics for FYAR’s Career Day, Pop-Up Events, and Youth Mentorship initiatives.
Document processes and outcomes for continuous improvement.
Organized, proactive, and creative problem-solver.
Comfortable managing virtual teams and using online tools.
Experience in event coordination, project management, or nonprofit operations (preferred but not required).
Passionate about youth empowerment, the arts, and community development.
