We are looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to mentor a team of recruiters and manage full lifecycle recruiting for critical corporate roles to support our growing organization.

Handle complex corporate recruitment assignments and provide guidance to the recruiting team.

Review applications and interview candidates to assess work history, education, training, job skills, and salary expectations.

Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality active and passive candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to align on talent needs, qualifications, and recruitment plans.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.

10+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates, and partners at all levels.
