Pocket++ is a Y Combinator W26 company building a premium hardware plus software product in the AI voice recorder space. We are obsessed with quality and speed. We are scaling very fast in the US and now European markets and building a device experience that can become the category leader.

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to act as a right hand to the Head of Marketing. This is not a “manage agencies and report back” role. You are expected to step in and contribute immediately, take ownership, and drive outcomes without heavy onboarding or constant direction.

You will operate across the full marketing stack, including Meta, Google, Amazon, email, and SMS. Drive revenue across Meta, Google, Amazon, email, and SMS

Contribute to paid media performance through creative direction and testing input

Build and manage a clear testing roadmap based on impact, not guesswork

Work directly with the Head of Marketing on strategy and execution

You have driven real revenue, not just managed campaigns

You are comfortable across email, funnels, CRO, and performance marketing

You can look at data and quickly identify what’s working and what’s not

You move fast and ship without overthinking

Experience working closely with media buyers and creative teams

You’ve mainly managed agencies without owning outcomes

You prefer planning over execution

Fast, you ship, learn, and iterate without overthinking
