com, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering digital and multimedia marketing solutions to local businesses.
Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to exceed revenue goals
Champion our brand in the community through networking and partnerships
Reinforce CRM best practices and support long-term, consultative sales
Integrate training, coaching, and performance development into daily routines
3-5 years of successful sales leadership experience

• Strong coaching, communication, and negotiation skills
• Passion for digital marketing and ability to learn quickly
• Experience with digital advertising highly preferred
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus)
