Location: The Goddard School of Flemington, NJ
Shifts Available: Full-Time | Morning Shift | Afternoon Shift

Lead Teacher Responsibilities
Create a warm, safe, and structured classroom environment
Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and academic growth
Oversee Assistant Teachers and support staff to ensure consistency in the classroom
Monitor and document developmental progress
CDA or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred
At least 1–2 years of experience in a preschool or childcare setting
Strong leadership and classroom management skills
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available if not current)
