Counsellor - Working from home

Established in 1992, Preventative Aftercare is committed to keeping families together by providing quality home based services to at-risk children, youth, adolescents and their families in their homes, schools and communities.

We are looking for Intensive in-home Mental Health Workers and Mental Health Professionals. George Junior Republic Preventative Aftercare is committed to assisting families in establishing safety, permanency, stability and well-being. This distinct, mobile position will provide intensive services and trauma informed care to a caseload of seven to ten families referred throughout the county for Children & Youth Services and/or Juvenile Probation. Services will be provided within the community, schools and homes. Collaboration with schools, mental health agencies, substance abuse services, public assistance programs and other community support organizations is a priority for this position.

Mental Health Worker: Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. A minimum of two years' experience in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Mental Health Professional: Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Must live in/near the county
