Wedding/Banquet Prep Cooks Wanted
We are currently looking for reliable Wedding/Banquet Prep Cooks to help assist us for the upcoming Wedding Season!
Our Prep Cooks are a critical link in the chain from menu to server to guest. Successful team members will be able to self-motivate and work without constant direct supervision in a fast-paced environment as part of a team near other team members. Additionally, they will assist with the line, prep food, cook menu items, re-stock as needed while maintaining a clean, food safe environment.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Maintain a positive and professional attitude and contribute to a positive team effort
Maintain a positive, appropriate professional appearance wearing the assigned uniform including acceptable grooming practices
Learn the menu including prep and presentation of all items
Participate in the development and execution of "special" menu items
Re-stock the line and prepare incoming orders in a timely fashion
Cool and Store food as per our designated safe food practices at the end of your shift
Keep the kitchen spotless throughout the day
