Job Overview A law firm seeks a skilled Litigation Attorney specializing in Insurance Defense to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will possess strong advocacy skills and a commitment to excellence in legal practice.
Duties Engage in motion practice and manage discovery disputes.
Conduct depositions and make court appearances.
Prepare for trials and collaborate with legal teams.
Requirements JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
Litigation experience in insurance defense preferred.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications License to practice law in Nevada.
Skills Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills.
