Head of Project Management

This is a 100% on-site role based in Manassas, VA, for a 12-month, $40 million project. relocation to the project site is required.

The position is with a leading Construction Management Firm/Owner's Representative specializing in commercial construction projects nationwide. The Project Manager will work closely with project owners and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution

Ensure project completion is on time and meets all quality and compliance standards

Manage submittals and maintain project documentation in the database (~30% of role)

Participate in key meetings (bid reviews, GC meetings, subcontractor meetings) (~20%)

Oversee coordination with general contractors and project teams

5+ years of Construction/Project Management experience

• OR 10+ years of Project Management experience (if coming from a General Contractor experience)
• 5+ years working with RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and vertical commercial construction projects
• Experience managing general contractors on commercial construction or data center projects

Experience with data centers or AI campus projects

Owner's Representative or Construction Management firm experience

Fully on-site at the project location in Manassas, VA

Collaborative and supportive team environment with both the General Contractor and Construction Management firm

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasadena, CA.
