Insurance Sales Recruiter

This position is focused on growing and developing our field agent force through cold market recruiting. Employees will be equipped with all the necessary resources, training, and expertise to be successful at The Alliance.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through relationship building, EQ, and effort. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

Serve as contact person for questions from recruits

Bachelor's degree preferred (High School degree required)

Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
