HR Assistant

Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks and drug tests.

Coordinating and conducting new hire orientation, onboarding, and safety training.

Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Providing support for leave of absence (LOA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requests.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with hands‑on experience in onboarding, safety training, new hire orientation, recruitment, background checks, drug testing, benefit administration, employee records management, timekeeping, developing policies and procedures, scheduling, managing professional correspondence, LOA, FMLA, ADA, and Employment Law.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
