Conduct routine and complex clinical lab tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established protocols.
Scrutinize results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance on laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
Document all lab procedures meticulously, serve as a mentor to new staff or interns, and uphold the highest quality standards within the lab.
Champion a clean, safe lab environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within one year of employment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork within health service environments.
Strong organizational capabilities and keen attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control and documentation.
