Retail Sales Associate
IT’SUGAR is looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Follow our customer engagement model IT’SUGARTAINMENT by setting the stage, welcoming, engaging, entertaining, and thanking customers; assist customers with requests and inquiries; ensure the sales floor is clean and organized while maintaining store visual standards; operate POS/register to properly cash out all customers.

Maximize Store Operations: Ensure merchandise displays meet visual guidelines; assist in the setup of special events and promotions; understand and communicate all Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures; perform operational tasks such as sales floor/backroom/restroom maintenance, cleaning, mopping, etc.

Represent Core Values: Act positively, playfully, and be present; show enthusiasm and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Achieve Sales Goals: Follow through on customer requests for specific items and suggest additional products; use selling skills to explain benefits, features, prices, quality, value, and other product information.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

No retail experience required.

Optimistic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.

Willing to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability and willingness to use a POS/register and operate office equipment.

Able to walk and stand for long periods, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.

Capable of independently lifting/moving up to 25 lbs; capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs with assistance.
