You'll balance tasks, support the crew, and keep everything running like clockwork. This opportunity lets you support daily business operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and help teams stay productive in a professional office environment.

Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred

High-volume eDiscovery experience required

Hands-on experience with Relativity Data Software required

Experience reviewing and identifying exempt, confidential, and privileged records

Conduct high-volume eDiscovery document review and analysis

Utilize Relativity Data Software to manage, organize, and review legal records

Identify exempt, confidential, and privileged documents

Collaborate closely with attorneys on case preparation and legal responses

Assist with document production and discovery requests

Prioritize workloads to meet critical deadlines and project milestones

Support legal teams with research and case-related administrative tasks

Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.

Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.

Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.

Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
