Head of Programme Management

We are looking for an experienced Independent Living Services Program Manager in the Bay Area of California, for our San Jose/Marina branch office!

**Company paid medical plan for employee only.

Eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision coverage for self or family - Becomes active the 1st day of the following month after the day of hire.

Company-paid $25k life insurance.

Travel Insurance.

Employee Assistance Program.

Company cell phone or phone stipend reimbursement.

Monthly auto/travel stipend (to cover costs associated with driving/traveling to client homes/meetings, etc.).

Partnership Development - Responsible for developing strategic partnerships. Experience working with the Regional Center staff is a PLUS++

You will be responsible to establish a culture of top level quality service delivery.

Management experience in the assisted living community or private homes overseeing a workforce of employees in multi-units or cities.

Experience in managing/owing a business is a PLUS!

Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity and experience with Electronic Health Records systems.

Our company began in 2015 with one branch office which has expanded to several offices in California. We provide services to supportive living, independent living, mental health, behavioral health for intellectually disabled individuals in their personal residence. (this is not a facility or home).
