Clinic Hours:

Mon, Tues, Thurs: 8am - 7pm

Wed, Fri: 9am - 3pm

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)

Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
