Head of Finance and Accounting

Insomniac produces 10,000 concerts, club nights and festivals for seven million attendees annually across the globe. The company's premiere annual event, Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, is the world’s largest dance music festival and attracts more than 525,000 fans over three days. Insomniac is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to support various key operations for F1 apparel including month-end close, budgeting and forecast, reporting and analysis, and strategy. Perform month-end close tasks (journal entries, inventory analysis, event flash, etc.) Oversee financial statement management, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for product licensing for all sales channels for F1 apparel

Drive results to improve profitability through variance analysis, cost control, and strategic planning

Lead annual budget process and long-range planning forecast

Develop process improvements to streamline reporting, forecast, and licensing royalty reporting

Supervisor of accounting coordinator

Assist with ad hoc projects

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA a plus

8-10+ years of experience in accounting or/and finance in CPG and retail required

Advanced technical skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools

Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
