Responsibilities:

Greets customers on the phone and in person in a pleasant and professional manner

Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner

Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer to a salesperson

Works cooperatively with all departments and teams

Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

Closes repair orders on the computer system in a timely manner

Scans and files dealership documents and repair orders

Follows up on accounts receivable to maintain satisfactory levels of payment

Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area

Keeps and assists in keeping a clean and organized work area

Reconciles nightly deposits

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Outgoing and positive demeanor

Professional presentation

Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility

Clean driving record and valid drivers license
