Human Resources Rep - Recruitment

HR Assistant
Riverside, CA Pay Rate: $25.00 $27.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM Join the team. Looking for an HR Assistant role in a university environment? Join a collaborative team where you'll play a key role in employee onboarding, HR administration, and delivering an exceptional employee experience. We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant for a 2-month contract assignment. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, HRIS experience, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service and follow-up.
Previous HR Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator, or administrative support experience. Experience working with HRIS systems and employee data management. Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities. Process employee information and maintain accurate records in the HRIS system. Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support. Support HR projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
