Receptionist - Part Time Flex Schedule

The Receptionist at Brandon Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to the dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, the Receptionist represents the company and creates a positive impression for visitors and callers. This is a part-time position, hours will vary, and Saturdays will be required.

Welcome and greet customers and visitors, offering assistance and directing them to the appropriate department

Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department

Operate a multi-line telephone system, taking and delivering messages as needed

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions

Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role

Proficient in operating a multi-line telephone system

Strong computer skills

Flexible schedule, including Saturdays, evenings & holidays
