Full Time Hospice RN

First Choice Hospice is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) who is interested in caring for our community-based patients enrolled in our hospice program in the Boise, ID and surrounding areas.

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Case management and coordination
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License in hand
Demonstrate knowledge and skillset in current nursing practice
