Our established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our collaborative rehabilitation team. • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments

Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and therapeutic modalities
Collaborate with physicians, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
Maintain compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date
Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation
Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care
Outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation experience
Manual therapy experience
