Part Time Server / Waitstaff Evenings & Weekends

About the Role We’re hiring a Server for TONCHIN in Brooklyn, New York. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment and takes pride in delivering attentive, polished service while representing a globally recognized ramen brand.

What You’ll Do
Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming dining experience
Present menus, explain dishes and answer questions about ingredients and dietary options
Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system
Deliver food and beverages while maintaining presentation standards
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
Process payments accurately (cash and card)
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations and dining areas
Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of server or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food, beverages, wine or spirits is a plus
• Professional, team-oriented and guest-focused mindset
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays up to 50 lbs
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
