Finance Department Bookkeeper

Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman is seeking a full charge Bookkeeper with ideally entertainment/touring experience to join our team of dedicated professionals. The Bookkeeper is responsible for computing, classifying, and recording financial transactions to ensure the financial records of assigned clients are accurate. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement that may be adjusted to fill the needs of the role, including potentially working in-office for 3+ days per week. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Perform credit card and bank reconciliations

General communication with vendors, clients, and client representatives via phone, email, and in-person

Perform cash flow reports and cash balances as required

Assist in assembling information for year-end tax packages for accountants

Provide assistance on insurance questions

Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, as well as applicable reporting

Print reports (such as financial statements) for review

Other projects and duties as assigned

1+ years of bookkeeping experience in an entertainment business management firm or 2+ years of general accounting experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email)

Ability to quickly shift gears without losing focus

Experience with AgilLink software is highly preferred

This is a non-exempt, overtime eligible position. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
