Job Summary
The Medical Surgical Floor (MS) Nurse position is located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This role involves providing patient care on a medical-surgical unit, with a focus on flexibility to float across different units when needed. The assignment requires compliance with specific scheduling and certification requirements, including availability for holidays and scheduled interviews.
Job Details

Shift: Nights (12-hour shift)
Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Massachusetts Registered Nurse license; 2 years current Medical Surgical experience; Telemetry experience required; Basic Dysrhythmia course completion; willing to float; BLS (AHA), NIHSS, ACLS (AHA); active American Heart Association certifications required at profile upload.
Preferred Qualifications: Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred.
Additional Information:
Traveler must have their own vehicle for the assignment.
All scheduled requests for time off (RTO) must be included in the profile at the time of submission; requests after offer may lead to rescinded offers.
All documentation including licensure, certifications, and references must be uploaded at profile setup.
Travelers must include their permanent address in the profile.
All eligible candidates must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays if needed.
The facility requires a minimum of two specific interview dates/times of availability to be added to the profile; "anytime" will not be accepted.
Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
