Head of Project Management (Remote)

The Project Manager will manage, supervise, coordinate, and execute all renovation projects to ensure they are high quality, on schedule and within budget

Prepare a detailed scope of work for all project components and solicits bids

Manage vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating deadlines

Create and monitor the project schedule

Manage weekly and monthly planning and execution of project schedule, budget, labor allocation, and subcontractor assignments

Prepare punch lists and make sure that all items are completed properly and in a timely manner

Attain and manage resources necessary for project completion

Track project costs in order to meet budgets.

Maintain accurate and timely correspondence

Conduct regular inspections for quality control and risk management

Continually identify ways to refine and enhance the workflow process

Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required

3-5 years related project management experience

Proven ability to solve problems

Proven ability to complete projects to outlined scopes, budget and timeline

Work Location Hybrid remote, Greater Cleveland Metropolitan Area
