About the Role: Line Cook
As our Line Cook, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

The ideal candidate has food service experience, takes pride in presentation, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure all food served meets quality expectations
Set up and break down your station, including prep work
Keep your station and kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
Handle and store food properly, including rotation
Monitor food temperatures during cooking and service
Track and report food waste
Communicate any issues with food, equipment, or safety to management
Operations & Execution

Ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards
Deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
Deliver exceptional service rooted in passion for hospitality
Follow all company policies, safety standards, and procedures
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
At least 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen
Basic knowledge of kitchen cleanliness and safety
Familiar with kitchen equipment and tools
Prepares food based on guest requests and recipe standards
Must have a valid Food Handler’s card
High school diploma or equivalent required
