Oncology RN: Night Shift

Job Description Position Name: Med-Surg Oncology RN
Shift Details:
· Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a

We are seeking a dynamic Oncology RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.

1 year of Recent ACUTE CARE RN experience
If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward.

If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN License)
Nurse Patient to Ratio: 1:5- 1:6

Sign ON: $10k Days / $15k Nights

Shift Differentials: $3 Nights and $2 weekends
