Security Professional - Full Time

As a Security Officer in Freeport, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Dispatch Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, manage access information, and support timely responses to incidents. You will use technology to maintain accurate records, provide outstanding customer service, and help create a professional environment. Position Type: Full Time
Security Experience - +1 Years
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities appropriate for a chemical and petrochemical location.

Monitor alarm systems, cameras, radios, and communications equipment; receive and document calls, dispatch personnel, and relay information to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.

Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor or vehicle information, and other required records in accordance with site procedures.

Support regular and random patrol coordination around the facility and perimeter, helping to identify and report unusual conditions, access concerns, and maintenance-related issues.

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
