Remote Mental Health LCSW

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to deliver services from the comfort of your own home while remaining a vital part of our collaborative team. You will also engage with community resources and external agencies, enhancing our holistic approach to mental health care.

Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in virtual and community settings.

Develop and implement integrated care plans that align with best practices and promote client empowerment.

Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

Participate in crisis intervention efforts, offering immediate support and intervention as necessary.

Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring timely completion of reports and adherence to legal and organizational standards.

Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest trends and evidence-based practices within social work.

This role will primarily serve clients dealing with significant mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other serious emotional disorders. Our clients often come from marginalized or underserved backgrounds, necessitating a holistic and culturally sensitive approach to care. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive environment that honors the diverse beliefs, traditions, and stories of each individual.

A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions, along with demonstrated crisis management skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a case load effectively while meeting administrative and clinical deadlines.

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting providing direct social work services preferred.

Familiarity with evidence-based practices and methodologies related to mental health treatment.
