You can look at all kinds of communities to see our platform's impact in the world. The warehouse that uses AI-powered alerts to make sure its team is protected on the floor with proper PPE. As our G&A Recruiter, you will partner with the our Lead G&A Recruiter, CFO & Leadership team to source, recruit and close talented professionals to join our world-class organization. We are fully in office in San Mateo, California.
Develop relationships with our executive team to collaborate during the hiring process.
Partner with our Lead G&A Recruiter and our G&A coordinator to build out teams across the business.
Use many platforms to source excellent talent and actively source passive candidates. Manage full cycle recruiting process, keeping a strong pipeline and manage the interview schedule.
Track and document candidate communications in ATS.
Bachelor's Degree required

• 4-6 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience. Agency, RPO, in-house or a blend
• Commitment to excellence and top performance

A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs) Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
