Temp to Perm HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will serve as a key member of the People Operations team, managing the full employee lifecycle. This individual will balance high-volume recruitment efforts with traditional HR functions including benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance. shift: Bachelors
Talent Acquisition & Screening

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles within the property management and corporate sectors.
Proactively source and headhunt candidates through diverse channels to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Conduct new hire orientations and serve as the primary point of contact for all first-week inquiries.
Administer health, dental, vision, and retirement (401k) plans.
Act as a liaison between employees and insurance carriers to resolve complex claims or coverage issues.
Ensure data integrity within the HRIS to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
Compliance & Employee Relations

Ensure all HR practices remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO).
Handle employee relations issues with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
