Speech Language Pathologist - Bedford, Texas

We're hiring speech-language pathologists (SLPs) to work with K–12 students across Bedford, TX and surrounding schools during the 2025–2026 academic year. We're a therapist-focused network making school-based work manageable and rewarding:

Hourly Pay: $35–$45/hour (based on experience and classification) for W2 models and upto $63 for 1099 contractors
W-2 (benefits included) or 1099 (flexibility & higher take-home pay)
Connect with networks of OTs, PTs, educators, and fellow SLPs
Eligible providers can earn quarterly bonuses for quality and engagement

Provide speech and language services across multiple campuses in Bedford ISD and nearby districts
Assess and support students in articulation, language processing, fluency, voice, and pragmatics
Full-time, school calendar-based position (aligned with 2025–2026 school year)
School-day hours with planning flexibility for documentation
On-site across campuses in Bedford, with scheduling support from Liricare
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
Strong IEP writing, time management, and collaboration skills
