CityPickle is a dynamic and rapidly growing sport and lifestyle brand based in New York City. We operate permanent indoor pickleball clubs as well as high-profile, seasonal activations that bring together sport, hospitality, and community.

CityPickle is seeking friendly, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join the opening team at our flagship Times Square location. Servers play a critical role in delivering a welcoming, efficient, and memorable food and beverage experience for our players and guests. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-first mindset.

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, knowledgeable food and beverage service

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining presentation standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, bar, service stations, and guest areas

Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

Provide basic information about menu items, programming, and club offerings

Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as needed

Help keep courts, café, and surrounding guest areas orderly and inviting

Friendly, reliable, and service-oriented with a genuine interest in hospitality

Strong customer service and communication skills

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Prior server or food & beverage experience necessary
