Job Type: Full Time
Develop strong relationships with employees and customers to improve the sales process
Build rapport with customers to expand and maintain the customer network
Provide training and support to sales staff while assisting in closing deals
Manage various aspects of the sales department to ensure operational efficiency
Assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot by offering guidance and support
Help customers select vehicles by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their needs
Explain product features, performance, and benefits clearly to prospects
This is a full-time, in-person position with a standard five-day workweek.
