As a Talent Recruiter , you'll connect with candidates, conduct phone interviews, and help guide top talent through the hiring process while creating a positive candidate experience.

Conduct phone interviews with candidates for a variety of marketing-focused positions.
Use a structured interview process to assess qualifications, communication skills, and overall role alignment.
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teammates to support hiring goals.
Recruiting, talent acquisition, customer-facing, or interviewing experience.
Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS) is preferred.
A candidate-first mindset and commitment to creating a positive hiring experience.
