Onsite Recruiter

As an Onsite Recruiter, you play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving operational success. Serving as the face of the organization to prospective talent, you are responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality candidates while delivering a seamless and positive experience. This role supports both recruiting execution and onsite workforce operations, including onboarding, employee support, and compliance. You will partner closely with hiring managers, onsite leadership, and HR stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines, execute hiring strategies, and ensure employees are set up for success from day one through ongoing engagement. Our recruiting team has a goal to hit recruiting metrics 100% of the time. Contract Duration: Immediate start through an estimated date on or around December 31, 2026 with final dates based on business demands. Responsibilities Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions Conduct interviews via phone and in-person Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Serve as contact person for questions from candidates Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails Qualifications Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience working with Microsoft Office suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
