Job Summary A precision manufacturing provider in Stoughton, MA is seeking a

CNC

Machinist to produce tight-tolerance components for aerospace, defense, medical device, and robotics sectors. You will ensure multi-axis CNC milling and turning centers run at peak performance.
## Setup & Operation: Perform complex machine setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments on multi-axis CNC mills and lathes.
Programming Support: Interpret and troubleshoot CNC programs using G-code to optimize cycle times.
Quality Control: Read blueprints and use micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to maintain tight tolerances for aerospace and medical compliance.
Monitor tool life and perform routine preventive care on CNC machinery.
Partner with engineers and programmers to support prototype and full production runs.
## Experience: 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a high-precision contract manufacturing environment.
Skills: proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and manual G-code editing.
Compliance: Ability to work within regulated quality frameworks (AS9100 / ISO 13485).
## Comfortable working in a clean, modern facility with automated and robotic cells.
