Head of Project Management

We’re looking for a Director of Project Management who’s both a builder and an operator; You’ll own the project management function at RedTag, building workflows from the ground up, leading a team of project managers, and ensuring the agency operates with precision and purpose.

This role is ideal for a systems thinker who’s come up through hands‑on project management and is ready to own something. You’ll design and implement operational infrastructure, mentor and develop your team, and serve as the operational backbone of the agency.

Design, implement, and continuously improve project management workflows and systems across the agency using Monday.com.

Define and maintain standards for project delivery, timeline management, and cross‑department coordination.

Lead, mentor, and develop the project management team, driving excellence through accountability, clarity, and collaboration.

Lead weekly team meetings [L10s], including monitoring progress on scorecards, rocks and escalating to leadership as needed.

Own day‑to‑day operational issues and escalates when appropriate: personnel concerns, critical client or workflow breaks, or anything requiring alignment with finance, sales, or account management.

8+ years of hands‑on project management experience, preferably in an agency or similarly fast‑moving environment.

Deep fluency in project management methodology and tools, including Monday.com or similar platforms.

Strong systems thinking: you understand that structure shapes behavior and good workflows produce good outcomes.

Ability to manage competing priorities without losing focus or composure.
