Desired Qualifications:

Current licensure and credentials as a Social Worker or School Psychologist (as required by state regulations)

Proven experience with crisis management interventions in school settings

Strong skills in developing and implementing behavioral and emotional support plans

Ability to conduct assessments, provide counseling, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Excellent communication, rapport-building, and problem-solving skills

Compassionate approach to supporting children and adolescents facing academic, emotional, or social challenges

Key Responsibilities:

Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and support for students experiencing mental health or behavioral emergencies

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop appropriate intervention strategies

Conduct social-emotional assessments and contribute to the creation of individualized education or support plans

Deliver one-on-one and group sessions to address students’ immediate needs and foster resilience

Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment through staff training and parent education

Maintain comprehensive records in compliance with school policies and privacy standards
